Requirements

Previous customer service or related experience
Basic understanding of computers and technology
Strong communicator
Can stay calm under pressure
Strong communication skills
Able to quickly adapt and think critically to solve any problems that arise
Excellent organization and time management skills

Prior cash handling is a plus

Responsibilities

Conduct day-to-day transactions at whichever branch has the highest need.
Answer questions and proactively help members choose the best solutions for their financial situation.
Perform member transactions.
Listen and empathize with members to try to remedy any complaints in a calm and composed manner.
Complete reports and records.
Balance daily transactions.
Attend meetings.
Collaborate with other departments as needed.
