About The Position

As a Teller in PNC's retail organization, based in Lakewood, Colorado, you will deliver a customer experience intended to improve customers' financial wellbeing and loyalty while increasing their relationship with PNC. You will handle a variety of customer interactions, explain available options for financial transactions, identify banking opportunities, and make appropriate referrals. The position is in-office. Spanish language ability is preferred.

Relevant skills and competencies include accuracy and attention to detail, addressing customer needs, banking products, digital awareness, effective communication, fraud detection and prevention, managing multiple priorities, problem solving, and understanding customer needs.

Responsibilities

Deliver customer experiences that support financial wellbeing and customer loyalty.
Process a variety of customer interactions and educate customers about available alternatives for financial transactions.
Identify banking opportunities through meaningful customer conversations and refer customers to branch staff as appropriate.
Engage with customers in the lobby and position PNC products to meet their needs.
Explain options for managing financial transactions using technology, tools, and resources.
Apply product and procedural knowledge to resolve customer problems.
Follow policies and procedures and exercise sound judgment within established limits.
Complete teller and branch daily operations and maintenance transactions efficiently and accurately.
Assess and manage risks in accordance with PNC's Enterprise Risk Management Framework.
