About The Position

As a Full-Time Teller, you help create smooth, welcoming member experiences by handling everyday member needs with care and accuracy. This role matters because you're often the first point of contact-and your service helps members feel confident in their finances. As a not-for-profit financial institution, C1st gives returns to its members in higher savings rates, better services, and lower borrowing rates, ensuring that all members get the best value for their membership. At C1st, they build customized financial solutions so members can enjoy the life they want. Their staff will also make it comfortable for members to have a conversation about what's important.

Requirements

  • Friendly, professional communication and a member-first mindset
  • Strong attention to detail and comfort working with numbers
  • Reliability, integrity, and the ability to learn new systems and procedures
  • Customer service experience (banking experience is welcome, not required)

Responsibilities

  • Processing deposits, withdrawals, payments, and other routine transactions
  • Answering questions about accounts and services
  • Resolving concerns with a calm, problem-solving approach
  • Getting your station ready, checking for updates, and connecting with teammates on priorities for the day
  • Creating an easy, respectful experience for members
  • Balancing your drawer
  • Completing documentation
  • Staying current on tools and processes
