This is a full-time, on-site position for a Teller at Advia Credit Union. The role involves providing outstanding service, building relationships with members and colleagues, answering questions, servicing accounts, and recommending products and services based on member needs. Requirements

Responsibilities

  • Provide outstanding service and build impactful and lasting relationships with members and fellow Advians.
  • Answer member's questions and service their accounts.
  • Actively listen and uncover needs to recommend products and services that will best benefit their individual financial needs.
  • Maintain the highest level of service to members with accuracy, confidentiality, and efficiency.
  • Match Advia products and services as solutions to best fit individual member needs.
