This position is responsible for relationship building with customers, including preparing for interactions, building rapport, understanding financial goals, and matching them to Seacoast Bank products and services. The role also involves explaining products, asking for referrals, exhibiting good listening skills, and responding promptly to customer needs. Embracing new technology, participating in community events, and demonstrating strong work ethics and teamwork are also key aspects. The role requires developing an understanding of consumer deposit and lending products, outbound calling, identifying referral opportunities, observing presentations, and understanding customer-facing technology. Operations include processing transactions, ensuring adherence to AML/BSA requirements, audit procedures, and other regulated banking requirements. The role also involves assisting in remediating deficiencies, resolving customer concerns, balancing cash drawers, and adhering to the bank's Code of Conduct and safety procedures. Vault responsibilities may be assigned.
