As a Teller/Member Service Representative (MSR), you are the face of the branch and a trusted financial partner. You will combine service, sales, and problem-solving to assist members in navigating their financial journeys.

Requirements

  • 1+ years of recent experience in a bank or credit union or at least 2+ years of recent service and sales related experience in other industries (e.g., retail, food & bev., hospitality, auto, and telecommunications)
  • Hands-on experience handling cash
  • 2+ years cross-selling and referring products
  • Clear, friendly communication—professional but approachable
  • Comfortable learning and using multiple systems and platforms
  • Monday–Saturday availability
  • Weekdays between 8:30 AM–6:30 PM and Saturdays 8:30 AM–2:30 PM

  • Deliver exceptional experiences by handling teller transactions with accuracy and care
  • Proactively recommend products and services that truly fit member needs
  • Resolve questions and concerns with a consultative, relationship-focused approach
  • Create trust that lasts beyond the transaction—and keeps members coming back
