Part-Time Teller - Wauwatosa (Afternoons)
About The Position
Tri City National Bank is seeking a friendly, detail-oriented Bank Teller to provide customer service and handle daily banking transactions. This entry-level role is intended for people who want to learn the fundamentals of banking and develop skills for future career growth. Tellers represent the bank, assist customers with transactions and basic account inquiries, and learn to follow bank policies that support secure, compliant transactions. The position is part-time and based in Wauwatosa, with afternoon hours. Compensation is $18.00–$22.00 per hour, depending on experience. The role may require travel to assist other locations and Saturday work as needed.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Ability to interact with customers in a calm and professional manner.
- Willingness to travel to and assist other locations.
- Willingness to work Saturdays as needed.
Nice To Haves
- Cash handling experience is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Assist customers with deposits, withdrawals, payments, and other transactions.
- Respond to basic account inquiries and resolve common issues.
- Maintain a professional demeanor in appearance and communication.
- Learn and follow bank policies to ensure transaction security and compliance.
- Acquire an understanding of banking principles.
- Support team members with day-to-day tasks.
- Complete other assigned tasks as needed.
