About The Position

Tri City National Bank is seeking a friendly, detail-oriented Bank Teller for its Wauwatosa location. The teller represents the bank by providing customer service and handling day-to-day transactions while gaining banking industry experience.

Compensation is $18.00–$22.00 per hour, depending on experience. The role may require travel to assist other locations and work on Saturdays as needed. The bank describes a predictable schedule with no early mornings or late nights and major holidays off.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with deposits, withdrawals, payments, and other transactions.
• Respond to basic account inquiries and resolve common issues.
• Maintain a professional demeanor in appearance and communication.
• Learn and follow bank policies to ensure transaction security and compliance.
• Acquire an understanding of banking principles.
• Support team members with day-to-day tasks.
• Complete other assigned tasks as needed.
