Complete transaction processing accurately and efficiently. Project a professional image through knowledgeable and courteous interactions, resolving customer requests and inquiries. Refer customers to subject matter experts for loans and deposits. Complete ongoing training in product knowledge, digital products, financial services, and sales. Utilize product knowledge to assist customers and suggest suitable products and services. Protect bank assets by following all security, operational, and regulatory procedures. Complete in-branch communication and promotion activities as applicable. Communicate recommendations for workflow and service improvements. Maintain awareness of and adherence to the Bank's compliance requirements and risk management concepts. Deliver a consistent, high level of service within Serving More standards. Other duties as assigned.
