About The Position
As a Teller, you'll chat with and get to know our members in order to identify their financial needs and provide solutions that are in their best interest. While processing transactions like cash deposits, cash withdrawals, loan payments, and check cashing, you'll engage with our members, making sure they feel welcomed and valued, and leave satisfied. Math accuracy, computer skills, a professional appearance, and confidence are required for this entry-level, career-oriented position. Since it began in 1954, Oregon State Credit Union has been a member-owned, not-for-profit financial services institution. We exist for the benefit of our member-owners, and not to profit from them. As the front-line face of the credit union, the service you'll provide via friendliness and cash accuracy is critical to our success.
Requirements
- Math accuracy
- Computer skills

- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- Cash handling experience
- Microsoft computer experience
- Must be able to work M-F, as early as 8 am and as late as 6:30 pm
- Must be able to demonstrate the legal right to work in the US
- Must pass a background screening to the satisfaction of Oregon State Credit Union
