About The Position

As a Teller in PNC’s retail organization, based in Denver, Colorado, you will deliver a customer experience focused on improving customers’ financial well-being and loyalty. You will process customer interactions, explain options for financial transactions, identify banking opportunities, and make appropriate referrals. You will also engage customers in the lobby and use technology and other resources to help meet their needs. The role requires applying product and procedural knowledge, following policies, managing risk, and completing teller and branch operations accurately and efficiently. The position is in-office. Spanish-speaking ability is preferred. PNC does not provide employment visa sponsorship or participate in STEM OPT for this position.

Requirements

No prior experience is required.
No degree, certification, or license is required.
Demonstrate appropriate knowledge, skills, and abilities for the role, including accuracy and attention to detail, customer service, effective communication, problem solving, fraud detection and prevention, and managing multiple priorities.

Nice To Haves

Spanish-speaking ability is preferred.
Skills in accountability, banking, client loyalty, customer experience, identifying opportunities, leveraging technology, and proactive sales.

Responsibilities

Deliver customer experiences intended to improve financial well-being and loyalty while increasing share of wallet.
Process a variety of customer interactions.
Educate customers about alternatives for their financial interactions and options for managing transactions using technology, tools, and resources.
Identify banking opportunities through customer conversations and make appropriate referrals to branch staff.
Conduct lobby engagement to connect with customers and position PNC products to meet their needs.
Apply product and procedural knowledge to resolve customer problems.
Follow policies and procedures and exercise sound judgment within established limits.
Complete teller and branch daily operations and maintenance transactions efficiently and accurately.
Assess and manage risks associated with business objectives and activities in accordance with PNC’s Enterprise Risk Management Framework.
