Requirements

• Currently enrolled in high school or participating in a Youth Apprenticeship program (YA participation is encouraged but not required).
• Friendly, dependable, and eager to learn.
• Comfortable interacting with customers and coworkers in a professional setting.
• You are detail-oriented, organized, and can balance your drawer with ease.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers with everyday banking needs- whether it’s deposits, withdrawals, or check cashing.
• Build relationships with customers by understanding their needs and offering the right banking solutions.
• Accurately process transactions and balance your cash drawer.
• Help with additional tasks like issuing cashier’s checks, processing night deposits, and handling coin rolls.
• Help with debit cards, safe deposit boxes, and more.
• Work with your team to ensure smooth operations, especially during busy times.
• Work as part time with an average of 29 hours or fewer per week.
