About The Position

Sound Credit Union is seeking a Part-Time Teller / Member Service Representative to join the team at their Burien Branch. The position is eligible for a $1,500 Sign-On Bonus, with $500 paid on the first paycheck and $1,000 paid after the 6-month anniversary. Requirements

One-year experience in a customer service position required.
High School Diploma or equivalent required.
Must be bondable.
Employer sponsorship to secure or maintain employment authorization is not available.
Notary and NMLS certifications are necessary for UA II level and higher and require US citizenship or permanent legal residency in order to be obtained as per WA State Law.

Nice To Haves

Cash handling experience is preferred.
Retail sales experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

Assist members with financial transactions.
Respond to inquiries.
Build relationships with members.
Provide information on account status, balances, and loan details to deliver exceptional member service.
