About The Position

Industrial Credit Union in Bellingham, WA is seeking a full-time Teller - Financial Services Representative. As a Teller - Financial Services Representative, you will be a trusted resource for members, serving as their primary point of contact for everyday financial needs. You will provide exceptional service, process a variety of transactions, answer account-related questions, and recommend products and services to help members achieve their financial goals. This position contributes to the overall success of the credit union through a commitment to service and teamwork.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 6+ months of customer service experience
• Strong math, clerical, and organizational skills
• Great problem-solving abilities to identify issues and suggest solutions

Nice To Haves

• A minimum of 6 months of cash handling or teller experience in a credit union is preferred.
