About The Position

First Capital Bank is seeking a Teller & CSR (Universal Banker) to support its community banking operations. The role processes customer transactions accurately and efficiently while providing excellent customer service, engaging customers, introducing and selling bank products, and informing customers about additional products and self-service options suited to their needs. The position also maintains and balances a cash drawer and assists with other administrative and operational tasks as requested by the Branch Manager. Requirements

High school diploma or GED.
At least one year of experience as a Bank Teller CSR or in a similar role, preferably within the past five years.
Full-time availability.
Demonstrated aptitude for critical thinking, effective time management, and rapid adaptability.
High degree of integrity and conscientious handling of confidential customer information.
Ability to independently and reliably follow policies, procedures, and regulations.
Ability to identify potential fraud and take appropriate action to prevent loss.
Aptitude for effective and respectful communication with customers, colleagues, and superiors.
Willingness to take on multiple roles and contribute to a supportive, collaborative team.

Responsibilities

Accurately and efficiently process customer transactions while providing excellent customer service.
Actively engage with customers to preserve the bank’s community spirit.
Introduce and sell bank products.
Proactively inform customers of additional products and self-service options, as appropriate, to enhance their experience and meet their financial needs.
Maintain a cash drawer, including handling and balancing cash.
Assist with other administrative and operational tasks as requested by the Branch Manager.
