About The Position

This is a part-time position making outbound calls to existing CBCO donors. The schedule is Monday-Friday from 1:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m., totaling 20 hours per week. The role is on-site at 220 W. Plainview Rd. Springfield, MO 65810. The Telerecruiter will assist in stabilizing and maintaining adequate in-center blood collections, complete steps to successfully reach fixed site collection goals, and recruit donors for bloodmobiles as assigned. The position also involves following up to recruit repeat donors, providing excellent customer service, and cultivating positive working relationships. The Telerecruiter must exhibit safety, accuracy, respectfulness, and efficiency in their tasks, assist with special projects, and present a professional and pleasant manner.

Requirements

High School graduate or equivalent
Ability to communicate articulately via two-way telephone conversations, utilizing computerized donor lists.

Responsibilities
