About The Position

Our client is seeking a Customer Service Representative to join their Outbound Call Center team. This is a long-term, stable opportunity with a growing company in the technology and automotive services industry. The role focuses on proactive customer communication, contacting clients by phone and email to provide timely updates regarding the status of their orders. Team members will work from a prioritized queue, review order information, communicate progress updates, address customer inquiries, and ensure clients remain informed. Accurate documentation of all customer interactions is crucial, utilizing internal systems to track outreach efforts, maintain detailed records, and update order statuses. The position offers a consistent weekday schedule with no weekends required and a collaborative team environment.

Requirements

  • Previous customer service experience required
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize workload, and problem-solve effectively
  • Comfortable making a high volume of outbound calls
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
  • Ability to navigate multiple computer systems while speaking with customers

Nice To Haves

  • Call center experience preferred
  • Experience using Microsoft Outlook and Excel preferred
