We’re looking for motivated, positive, and goal-driven individuals to join our team as a Remote Donor Outreach Coordinator. In this role, you’ll connect with current and past donors, schedule lifesaving blood donation appointments, and help make a real difference in your community every single day. Requirements

Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to current, past, and potential donors in a quiet, distraction free, home office space (required)
• Schedule donation appointments for blood drives and donor centers (Around 90% of time is spent on calls)
• Build rapport and provide excellent customer service
• Encourage donors to continue supporting lifesaving causes
• Ability to confidently overcome objections, think on your feet, and use persuasive communication techniques to encourage donors to commit to scheduling an appointment
• Maintain accurate donor information and appointment details
• Meet daily and weekly performance goals and metrics
• Work collaboratively in a supportive remote team environment
