About The Position

Sunayu, LLC has an exciting new opportunity to support the Defense Language Institute Foreign Language Center (DLIFLC). We are looking for professionals to help us manage and modernize the IT infrastructure that drives world-class language instruction for the DLIFLC’s diverse academic community. The person in this position provides telephone, or office support services. The duties will include all Tier 1 and 2 duties, advanced OS support, intermediate account support, advanced software support, intermediate hardware support, deploying Mac, Windows and iOS images to devices.

Requirements

  • Familiarity with Ivanti Management Suite, and Windows imaging.
  • Associate’s degree (AA/AS) in Information Technology or related field or 2-year technical diploma or 2+ years of directly relevant hands-on IT support experience.
  • IAT Level I (A+ CE or Network+ CE) certification.

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • IAT Level II (Security+, CySA+, or SSCP) certification for shift leads/escalation or when privileged admin access is assigned.
  • Vendor OS cert (Windows or Apple) preferred for imaging/break-fix.
