Sunayu, LLC has an exciting new opportunity to support the Defense Language Institute Foreign Language Center (DLIFLC). We are looking for professionals to help us manage and modernize the IT infrastructure that drives world-class language instruction for the DLIFLC’s diverse academic community. The person in this position providing trouble shooting and assistance with classrooms equipment; images and repairs classroom equipment; and simulates or recreates user problems to resolve operating difficulties. The duties will include all Tier 2 duties, Interact with Undergraduate School (UGE), helpdesk staff, DEVOPS, network team to restore service and or identify and correct core problems. Documents, tracks, and monitors problems to ensure a timely resolution.
