We are seeking driven and results-oriented Telephone Sales Representatives to join our growing sales team. In this role, you will engage with prospective and existing customers over the phone to identify their needs, recommend products and services, and close sales while delivering an outstanding customer experience. Successful candidates are confident communicators who enjoy building relationships, meeting performance goals, and working in a fast-paced sales environment. Requirements

  • Must be at least 18 years of age.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Excellent communication and persuasive selling skills.
  • Strong customer service orientation.
  • Basic computer proficiency.
  • Ability to multitask while navigating multiple systems.
  • Goal-oriented with a positive attitude.
  • Ability to thrive in a performance-driven environment.
  • Must be authorized to work in the country where the job is based.

  • Must be willing to submit up to a LEVEL II background and/or security investigation with a fingerprint. Job offers are contingent on background/security investigation results.

Nice To Haves

  • One year of inside sales, retail sales, customer service, or contact centre sales experience.
  • Experience working with sales metrics and performance goals.
