About The Position

MCI is seeking ambitious Bilingual Telephone Sales Representatives who are fluent in English and Spanish to join their sales team. In this role, you will engage with customers over the phone, identify their needs, recommend products and services, and close sales while providing an exceptional customer experience in both languages. This position is ideal for motivated individuals who enjoy helping customers, building relationships, and achieving sales goals. Requirements

  • Must be at least 18 years of age.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Fluent in both English and Spanish.
  • Excellent verbal communication and sales skills.
  • Basic computer proficiency and data entry experience.
  • Ability to type at least 20 words per minute.
  • Strong negotiation and relationship-building abilities.
  • Self-motivated and goal-oriented.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.
  • Must be authorized to work in the country where the job is based.
  • Subject to the program and location of the position
  • Must be willing to submit up to a LEVEL II background and/or security investigation with a fingerprint. Job offers are contingent on background/security investigation results.

Nice To Haves

  • One year of bilingual sales, customer service, inside sales, retail sales, or contact centre experience.
  • Experience meeting sales targets and working in a commission or incentive-based environment.

Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound and outbound sales calls in English and Spanish.
  • Build strong customer relationships through professional communication.

  • Explain features, pricing, and promotional offers.
  • Address customer questions and overcome objections confidently.
  • Process orders and accurately document customer interactions.
  • Meet or exceed established sales and customer satisfaction goals.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products, promotions, and company policies.
  • Participate in ongoing sales training and coaching.
  • Ensure compliance with company procedures and confidentiality requirements.
