About The Position

MCI is seeking driven and results-oriented Telephone Sales Representatives to join their growing sales team. In this role, you will engage with prospective and existing customers over the phone to identify their needs, recommend products and services, and close sales while delivering an outstanding customer experience. Successful candidates are confident communicators who enjoy building relationships, meeting performance goals, and working in a fast-paced sales environment. Requirements

  • Must be at least 18 years of age.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Excellent communication and persuasive selling skills.
  • Strong customer service orientation.
  • Basic computer proficiency.
  • Ability to multitask while navigating multiple systems.
  • Goal-oriented with a positive attitude.
  • Ability to thrive in a performance-driven environment.
  • Must be authorized to work in the country where the job is based.
  • Subject to the program and location of the position
  • Must be willing to submit up to a LEVEL II background and/or security investigation with a fingerprint.
  • Must be willing to submit to drug screening.

Nice To Haves

  • One year of inside sales, retail sales, customer service, or contact centre sales experience.
  • Experience working with sales metrics and performance goals.

Responsibilities

  • Make and receive customer calls to promote products and services.
  • Build rapport and establish trust with prospective and existing customers.
  • Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions.
  • Explain product features, benefits, and pricing clearly.
  • Overcome objections and confidently close sales opportunities.
  • Accurately document customer interactions and sales activities.
  • Meet or exceed individual sales and performance targets.
  • Maintain product knowledge and stay current on promotions.
  • Follow all company policies and compliance requirements.
  • Participate in regular coaching sessions and sales training.
