UPMC Jameson is looking for a Full-Time Telephone Operator who thrives on connecting people and keeping things running smoothly. If you’re a customer service pro who enjoys a fast-paced environment, loves helping others, and can confidently direct calls, this could be the perfect fit for you. Bonus points if you’re familiar with medical terminology! Training will initially occur across all shifts, followed by a regular schedule of 3:30 PM – 11:30 PM on varying days. You'll also lend a hand every other weekend and holidays as needed (no on call or travel required!). What You’ll Do: Be the friendly, reliable voice on the other end of the line—serving as the main point of contact for patients, visitors, and hospital staff. From everyday calls to urgent situations, you’ll play an important role in keeping communication flowing across the entire hospital.
