About The Position
The Monitor Technician observes cardiac monitors and reports cardiac rhythm changes to nursing staff for further investigation when indicated. The technician demonstrates knowledge appropriate to the ages of the patients served. All work is performed under the supervision of a Registered Nurse (RN).
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED.
- Previous hospital experience required.
- BLS Certification required.
