About The Position

We are seeking a licensed Psychotherapist to join our team as an independent contractor. This role offers ultimate clinical autonomy, total control over your schedule, and the freedom to work remotely. You will focus on helping people heal, while we handle the back-end logistics such as marketing, credentialing, billing, and initial intake coordination. This is a 1099 Independent Contractor position, fully remote, with a fully flexible schedule.

Requirements

• A valid, unrestricted clinical license to practice independently (e.g., LMFT, LCSW, LPC, PsyD, PhD)
• Experience utilizing evidence-based modalities (CBT, DBT, ACT, EMDR, etc.).
• Comfortable navigating modern EHR systems and video conferencing tools.
• A private, quiet space to conduct confidential video sessions.
• The motivation and clinical competence to manage your own caseload independently.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality, evidence-based individual (and/or couples/group) teletherapy via our secure, HIPAA-compliant platform.
• Conduct initial assessments and collaborate with clients on personalized treatment plans.
• Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation (SOAP notes, treatment plans) using our intuitive EHR system.
• Manage your own calendar and client volume based on your personal capacity.
