About The Position

CVS Health is hiring a Telehealth Registered Nurse to provide patient care through a telephonic practice setting. Working from home as part of a specialized team, the nurse collaborates with healthcare professionals to develop, implement, and evaluate comprehensive plans of care for patients with multiple disease states. The role provides education and support to patients and caregivers, including guidance related to new medications, medication adherence, and disease-state training. Nurses support defined patient populations through telecommunications-based outreach programs and help provide continuity of care. The role requires strong clinical judgment, customer service, written and verbal communication, and computer skills.

This is a full-time hourly position with set Monday–Friday hours of 10:30 a.m.–7:00 p.m. Central Time, totaling 40 hours per week. Candidates may reside in Wisconsin, Arizona, Iowa, Texas, Missouri, Idaho, New Mexico, or Ohio and must hold an unrestricted compact license in their state of residence. The typical pay range is $26.01–$62.32 per hour. The position may also be eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission, or short-term incentive program. Requirements

• Hold an unrestricted Registered Nurse license in the state of residence, with multistate/compact privileges.
• Be able to obtain licensure in all non-compact states, territories, and the District of Columbia as required by business needs.
• At least 3 years of clinical RN experience.
• Experience using Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• RN diploma, associate degree, or bachelor's degree in nursing.
• Excellent written and verbal customer service skills and advanced computer skills.

Nice To Haves

• 5 years of clinical RN experience preferred.
• Previous telephonic nursing experience.
• EPIC systems experience.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Licensure in multiple states preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide telephonic patient care and support patients and caregivers through outbound calls.
