The Telehealth Coordinator is responsible for addressing client, patient and/or provider inquiries via email, fax, telephonic, or written correspondence, ensuring adherence to contractual and state guidelines as well as client instructions. This role gathers information from either the provider, injured worker, employer, or other related sources and enters information into the system in order to schedule appointments as necessary for treatment. This is a non-clinical role. This is a remote role but requires residency in Arizona or Virginia. The work schedule for this role is Monday - Friday, with the following shifts available: 12:00 PM - 8:30 PM ET and 2:00 PM - 10:30 PM ET. Remote positions require a quiet, designated work environment that adheres to our privacy and HIPAA standards. This role has voluntary and mandatory overtime opportunities; Holidays are required on a rotating schedule. Holidays include New Years Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Thursday/Friday, and Christmas Day. This role requires a wired access to a broadband internet network with a minimum bandwidth of at least 80Mbps.
