About The Position

Centria Autism is seeking a Telehealth Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to lead in-home ABA services virtually. This role involves partnering with families and technicians to provide compassionate, high-quality care directly in clients' homes. The virtual model offers flexibility for those balancing location needs, family priorities, or life changes, providing the support and tools to remain connected, effective, and fulfilled. The role includes periodic travel to the market, with expenses paid by Centria. Centria offers a base salary of $80,000–$90,000, plus weekly and monthly bonus opportunities (typically averaging $1,000/month).

Requirements

  • Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification
  • Ability to lead in-home ABA services virtually
  • Proficiency in using technology for remote supervision, programming, documentation, and progress monitoring
  • Experience with Practical Functional Assessment, Skills-Based Treatment, and assent-based practices
  • Willingness to travel periodically to the market

Responsibilities

  • Deliver high-quality clinical oversight for in-home ABA services via telehealth
  • Provide remote coaching, supervision, and support to Behavior Technicians in the field

  • Lead virtual family training sessions to reinforce strategies and drive consistency
  • Maintain high-quality clinical services through regular supervision and data-driven decision-making
