This virtual model offers flexibility for BCBAs to balance location needs, family priorities, or new life phases, while providing the support and tools to remain connected, effective, and fulfilled. The role requires periodic travel to the market, with all travel expenses covered by Centria. Centria emphasizes flexible, purposeful work from home, enabling BCBAs to lead in-home ABA services across various locations and ensure access to care. The company utilizes its proprietary CareConnect platform for seamless remote supervision, programming, documentation, and progress monitoring. Centria supports in-home teams by employing Practical Functional Assessment, Skills-Based Treatment, and assent-based practices, delivered in natural environments to promote generalization. The company is committed to real work-life balance, offering predictable caseloads, manageable schedules, and dedicated support teams to prevent last-minute disruptions and burnout. BCBAs benefit from layered support from Clinical Directors, Area Clinical Directors, and the Clinical Excellence Team. Operational logistics, including scheduling and technician onboarding, are managed by a dedicated operations team, freeing BCBAs from administrative burdens. Centria also fosters career growth, supporting paths such as mentoring, leading clinical training, or stepping into leadership roles. The company invests in its employees' professional development through CEU stipends, paid CEU days, and exclusive internal training events.
