About The Position

Tampa Bay Girls Academy -Secure is comprised of multiple co-located residential commitment programs serving high-risk and max-risk females youth aged 12-21. These programs provide services utilizing evidence-based practices to provide comprehensive care, treatment, and supervision. Youth will also receive psychotherapeutic services, including individual, family, and group counseling. After 40 years of improving the lives of youth, we are looking for passionate advocates to continue the legacy of helping young people become successful adults. Requirements

Possess a Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or a related field
Licensed in the state of Florida
Strong clinical and analytical skills in assessing and addressing challenging behaviors
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills effective collaboration with clients, families, and team members
Ability to adapt and customize behavior intervention programs to meet the unique needs of each individual
Must possess a current State Driver’s License and Insurance
Be able to pass a criminal background check, drug screen, physical, and TB test
Be able to pass a search of the child abuse central registry

Responsibilities

Developing and implementing behavior intervention programs for individuals with autism and other developmental disabilities
Conducting assessments
Analyzing data
Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams
Designing and supervising ABA (Applied Behavior Analysis) interventions
