About The Position

Centria Autism is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) for a Telehealth role, offering the flexibility of remote work while maintaining clinical impact. Telehealth BCBAs lead in-home ABA services virtually, partnering with families and technicians to deliver compassionate, high-quality care directly into clients’ homes. This virtual model supports individuals balancing location needs, family priorities, or new life phases, providing the necessary tools and support to remain connected, effective, and fulfilled. The role includes periodic travel to the market, with all travel expenses covered by Centria.

Requirements

• Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification
• Ability to travel periodically to the market (travel expenses paid by Centria)

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality clinical oversight for in-home ABA services via telehealth
• Provide remote coaching, supervision, and support to Behavior Technicians in the field
• Develop and implement assent-based, individualized behavior plans following ABA principles
• Lead virtual family training sessions to reinforce strategies and drive consistency
• Maintain high-quality clinical services through regular supervision and data-driven decision-making
