The Southwest Connecticut Mental Health System (SWCMHS), under the umbrella of the State of Connecticut, Department of Mental Health and Addiction Services (DMHAS), is seeking a Telecommunications Operator (PCN 126112) to join their team. This critical role provides key support within the Communications Unit in Bridgeport. The position is full-time, 40 hours per week, Monday - Friday with rotating weekends, working the second shift from 3:00 p.m. - 11:00 p.m. The State of Connecticut, Department of Mental Health and Addiction Services (DMHAS) is a healthcare agency whose mission is to promote the overall health and wellness of persons with behavioral health needs through an integrated network of holistic, comprehensive, effective, and efficient services and supports that foster dignity, respect, and self-sufficiency in those we serve.
