About The Position

Software Resources, Inc. has an immediate, long term contract job opportunity for a Telecom Engineer/Architect with a major corporation in Orlando, FL. This role involves supporting an on-premise phone system connected to 15,000 phones across 300 buildings, utilizing a mix of VOIP, Digital, and Analog technologies with 4 core PBXs. The position requires troubleshooting, upgrading, and integrating servers, providing next-level support to other team members, and offering expertise equivalent to Avaya Tier 3 support. While some on-site work is necessary, a significant portion can be performed remotely.

Requirements

• Experience equivalent to Avaya Tier 3 support.
• Installing, troubleshooting, and supporting on-premise Avaya Aura servers.
