Telecom/VOIP Engineer
About The Position
Our client is looking to hire a new telecom engineer to their telecommunications team. They are looking to bring in a contract to hire resource that will be mostly remote, but will need to be located within an hour of Neenah, WI. This person will need to come onsite whenever needed for projects or fires to be put out. They need this person to have experience with Cisco Call Manager, Cisco CUBE OR Avaya OR Mitel technologies. Would be ideal if also had UCCE, UCCX, and automation experience. Automation with things like voicemail and extension routing. Will be part of an on-call rotation that is once every 6 weeks.
Requirements
- Experience with Cisco Call Manager
- Experience with Cisco CUBE OR Avaya OR Mitel technologies
- Located within an hour of Neenah, WI

- UCCX experience
- Automation experience (e.g., voicemail and extension routing)
