About The Position
We Whiten is a rapidly expanding teeth whitening studio brand with numerous locations across several states. We are seeking a Studio Floater for our DFW market. This hybrid role involves sales, client referrals, content creation, and providing coverage in studios during high-volume periods. The ideal candidate will be energetic, reliable, and possess a knack for sales and client engagement.
Requirements
- Natural closer (experience in door-to-door, fitness sales, or automotive sales is a plus).
- Reliable and flexible schedule, including weekends.
- Reliable transportation to travel between studio locations.
Nice To Haves
- Automotive sales background is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Service clients and close memberships when on the floor.
- Ask for referrals at every opportunity.
- Capture and submit content daily.
- Move between locations in the DFW market based on the schedule and volume.
- Bring energy that makes clients want to come back.
