Teeth Whitening Specialist (Part-Time – Houston Area)
About The Position
We Whiten is a rapidly expanding teeth whitening studio brand with multiple locations across several states. We are seeking a Studio Floater for the Houston market. This hybrid role involves sales, client referrals, and content creation. The Studio Floater will work across three key areas: generating referrals from client interactions, capturing in-studio content of client reactions, and providing client services and closing memberships during high-volume periods by floating between Houston locations. The role requires bringing energy to create a positive client experience.
Requirements
- A natural closer
- Reliable and flexible schedule, including weekends
- Reliable transportation (for travel between studio locations)
Nice To Haves
- Door-to-door sales experience
- Fitness sales experience
- Automotive sales experience (a plus)
Responsibilities
- Service clients and close memberships when on the floor
- Ask for referrals at every opportunity
- Capture and submit content daily
- Move between locations in your market based on the schedule and volume
- Bring energy that makes clients want to come back
