About The Position

The Teen Academy program is a summer work + internship program which began in 2016 at the IHG Army Hotel in Joint Force Base San Antonio. In 2017, other IHG Army Hotels took notice, and a portfolio-wide program was born. Requirements

• Ages 14-17, subject to federal, state, and local labor laws.
• Must have transportation and be able to gain access to the post.
• Must have any legally required permits.
• Must have copy of recent Report Card.
• Subject to state occupational work requirements for minors.
