About The Position

The Teen Academy is an 8 to 10-week summer program designed to provide teens with skills development and real experience working in a hotel. It aims to help participants develop a strong work ethic, build appreciation for hard work, and understand the importance of hospitality for a healthy lifestyle. The program takes place during summer months when school is out.

Requirements

• Ages 14-17, subject to federal, state, and local labor laws.
• Must have transportation and be able to gain access to the post.
• Must have any legally required permits.
• Subject to state occupational work requirements for minors.

Responsibilities

• Learn different job duties including Room Attendant, Houseperson, Laundry Attendant, and Breakfast Attendant.
