TechOps Director, Baseball

Hawk-Eye Innovations (HEI)Atlanta, GA
$76,376 - $101,834Onsite

About The Position

Hawk-Eye Innovations is seeking a TechOps Director to lead the deployment, reliability and scalability of all Hawk-Eye and KinaTrax baseball technologies across MLB, MiLB, NCAA and international venues. This role owns how we deploy and manage technology, from software releases to hardware roll-outs, and ensures platform stability, automation and service management at scale. Working across Solution Owners, Systems & Sales Engineering, Operations and R&D, the TechOps Director drives platform progression and continuous improvement without owning day-to-day venue operations. This position is perfect for you if you're looking to play a pivotal role in delivering world-class baseball data to leagues, teams and fans, while shaping operational excellence in a fast-growing, technology-driven environment. You'll build scalable processes, lead a high-performing team and ensure every system installation meets the highest standards, giving the Head of Baseball the space to focus on strategic growth initiatives. This role is not a Solution Owner, Operations Director, Systems & Sales Engineering Manager, Implementation/Project Manager or Hardware Operations Manager; it sits alongside these functions, focused on platform deployment and reliability rather than day-to-day operations, product roadmaps or field delivery. At Hawk-Eye, we pride ourselves on a collaborative, high-performance culture where trust, passion, and innovation thrive. We believe in fostering an environment where every team member is empowered to push boundaries and contribute to the future of sports technology. Our work is guided by three core values: We are Brave: We challenge the status quo, embrace big ideas, and constantly seek new ways to innovate in the sports entertainment industry. We aren't afraid to take risks in pursuit of excellence. We are Owners: We take personal accountability for our work, our decisions, and our collective success. We celebrate our wins together and treat every challenge as an opportunity to learn, grow, and improve. We are Inclusive: We believe our diversity makes us stronger. We cultivate a welcoming environment where unique perspectives are valued, all while being united by our shared love for sports and technology.
