About The Position

In this role you will lead negotiations for complex agreements with Dell’s largest global customers. This is a highly visible role where your judgment, negotiation skills, and business acumen will directly shape major business outcomes. You will work on mission-critical deals with top global enterprise customers, operate as a strategic business partner, not just a legal reviewer and you will gain exposure to cutting-edge technology and global transactions.
Requirements
- Juris Doctor (JD) or equivalent law degree.
- Admission to practice law in at least one jurisdiction.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in technology transactions, commercial contracts, or related legal fields.
- Proven experience negotiating and drafting complex commercial agreements, particularly in the technology sector.
- Strong understanding of intellectual property, data privacy, and other relevant legal areas.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and analytical skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Business acumen and ability to provide practical, business-oriented legal advice.
