The Technology Systems Enablement Lead supports the management, optimization, and adoption of core business systems and tools within the Technology department. This role partners with cross‑functional teams to ensure project and development management platforms such as Jira and Airtable are well‑configured, easy to use, and aligned to business needs. The role also focuses on improving visibility through dashboards and reporting, bringing data together from multiple sources, and supporting technology adoption through hands‑on training and enablement. This includes creating practical training materials, leading tool walkthroughs and onboarding sessions, and facilitating office hours, if needed. Candidates should be comfortable speaking to and facilitating sessions for small to medium‑sized groups, both virtually and in person. The position supports enablement for both existing platforms and emerging technologies, including AI tools such as Copilot or Claude, with an emphasis on real‑world use cases and best practices. This role is well‑suited for someone who enjoys working at the intersection of systems, data, and people, and who brings clear communication, approachability, and a strong interest in helping others adapt to new and emerging technology. This candidate must be adaptable to a rapidly changing technology landscape and comfortable adjusting priorities, tools, and approaches as platforms evolve. This role reports to the Director of Technology Operations.
