About The Position
CUSD 303 is seeking a qualified candidate to serve as Technology Support Specialist for the 2026 - 2027 SY. The Technology Support Specialist works with Technology team members to implement and maintain services that are useful and reliable. This individual works primarily through the district helpdesk system to complete work tickets, triage issues, and escalate high priority problems.
Requirements
- A bachelor's or associate's degree focused on information technology, computer science, or a related field, or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.
- Education supplemented by specialized computer courses or an equivalent combination of training and experience may be substituted for degree requirements.
Responsibilities
- Implement and maintain services that are useful and reliable.
- Work through the district helpdesk system to complete work tickets.
- Triage issues.
- Escalate high priority problems.
