About The Position

At Kayser Automotive Group, we believe technology should make work easier—not more frustrating. We're looking for someone who enjoys solving problems, helping people, and making someone's day just a little bit better. Whether it's getting a new employee set up on their first day, helping someone regain access to an account, or troubleshooting a stubborn phone or computer, you'll be the first person our team turns to when they need help. You don't need to be a network engineer or cybersecurity expert. We're looking for someone who enjoys learning, communicates well, and takes pride in providing exceptional service to coworkers. If you've ever been the person friends and family call when technology isn't cooperating, we'd love to talk with you.
