This role provides essential day-to-day hardware and basic software support for workstations, mobile devices, and network applications for SWWC staff and member agencies. The specialist will be responsible for setting up and maintaining computer equipment, migrating data and applications, assisting with security implementations, and supporting the networking infrastructure. This position plays a key role in ensuring a high level of service and user experience within the technology department.
