This role is responsible for overseeing Compass–Fidelity software platforms and digital tools, ensuring they are efficient, scalable, and aligned with business and operational objectives. The position will partner closely with Operations to support technology requests and data‑driven initiatives that enable seamless day‑to‑day execution. This role partners closely with internal stakeholders, clients, and external vendors to ensure systems are at optimal performance and aligned with organizational standards, operational goals, and client expectations.
