About The Position

This role is responsible for overseeing Compass–Fidelity software platforms and digital tools, ensuring they are efficient, scalable, and aligned with business and operational objectives. The position will partner closely with Operations to support technology requests and data‑driven initiatives that enable seamless day‑to‑day execution. This role partners closely with internal stakeholders, clients, and external vendors to ensure systems are at optimal performance and aligned with organizational standards, operational goals, and client expectations.

Responsibilities

  • Contact for implementations, launches, upgrades, and enhancements for technology platforms
  • Serve as primary liaison with platform vendors and Compass Digital
  • Establish and maintain a clear platform roadmap aligned to business needs
  • Lead end-to-end implementation projects for new programs, systems, or enhancements
  • Coordinate onboarding activities such as system configuration, data migration, training, and go-live readiness
  • Act as the primary point of contact for POS and mobile ordering systems ensuring clear communication and alignment across stakeholders
  • Monitor and optimize platform performance and adoption
  • Troubleshoot issues and coordinate timely resolution
  • Act as a key connector between Compass Digital, platform vendors, Operations teams, and the client
  • Supports Operations and Finance teams with day-to-day technology and data requests
