About The Position

The Technology Strategy Manager serves as the senior delivery and technical-strategy lead for a multi-phase AI Platform SRE transformation. This role owns alignment between business objectives, reliability targets, architecture decisions, and execution across a 12-month transition from vendor-led to client-owned operations. The Strategist partners with executive stakeholders, SRE leadership, and architects to define success criteria, guide operating model adoption, oversee phased handoffs, and ensure measurable progress toward automation, reliability, and operational independence. In this role you will be expected to travel up to 10%. The candidate will be empowered to contract with account managers (AMs), DSAEs, and their colleagues to defer travel or find alternative means to travel (e.g., WebEx, virtual workshops, etc.). The discipline’s success depends on its relationships with AMs, DSAEs, and their leaders, so the candidate must prioritize in-person and virtual relationship building.
