This includes: Budget, Forecast, Purchase Authorizations/Requisitions, Invoicing/Payments, License Management. Provides end user technology & software support to diagnose and resolve technical issues across different systems, including hardware, software, and networks. Analyzes business needs and contributes to the selection of IT hardware and software to support internal business processes. Maintains detailed documentation of methodologies, processes, and specifications of an organization's IT systems and assists with the planning and scheduling of IT initiatives. Implements basic security measures to protect systems, networks, and data and ensures backup strategies and recovery plans are up to date. Provides operational infrastructure support, maintenance and troubleshooting to ensure optimum utilization for IT resources May also have IT Business Partner responsibilities including: Developing effective relationships with business units, divisions or groups of users | Ensuring required IT services are identified, developed, and supported to the satisfaction of the business unit/division | Establishes and maintains service level agreements and is the main point of contact for all service issues.

Requirements

  • Associate's Degree and 5-7 years' experience OR Equivalent Combination of Relevant Education &/or Experience
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
