About The Position
The Technology Specialist will provide support over the phone or with remote access tools, troubleshoot software and hardware failures, and identify network problems related to computers, printers, or phones. This role involves performing the installation, repair, and preventative maintenance of I.T. equipment and related systems. The position requires daily contact with others, demanding courtesy, discretion, and sound judgment.
Requirements
- Some College (Associate Degree or presently pursuing Bachelor's Degree)
- Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Word)
- 1-3 years of work-related experience

Responsibilities
- Support end-users with IT-related problems in a responsive and service oriented manner.
- Assist with the troubleshooting, installation, implementation and support of hardware and systems.
- Receipt, deployment, and maintenance of IT-related equipment.
- Assist and support events that require information technology equipment: on-campus conferences, lectures and/or special presentations.
