As a Technology Sales Specialist at NTT DATA, you will drive growth of NTT DATA’s Software Defined Infrastructure Services (SDIS) and vendor-delivered support services within assigned accounts by pursuing, qualifying, and closing opportunities sourced through Client Managers, OEM partners, marketing, and self-generated demand. On a typical day, you will lead discovery and opportunity qualification, shape services-led solutions and value propositions, and develop proposals and pricing in collaboration with solution architects, delivery, commercial/legal, partners, and client management. You will manage pursuit plans, maintain accurate pipeline and forecast reporting, and proactively remove obstacles to keep deals moving. You will engage stakeholders from IT leadership through Finance and Procurement, facilitating executive-level conversations that connect infrastructure transformation to measurable business outcomes, risk reduction, and financial value. You will build and execute stakeholder engagement and governance plans to align economic and technical buyers and secure approvals. To stay ahead, you will monitor market and industry trends, identify whitespace and attach opportunities, and use data-driven insights to improve win rates and forecast accuracy. You will also support complex deal structuring and negotiations to protect existing business and win new support services engagements, ultimately building a stable, high-quality pipeline that drives renewals and expansion.
